ROUND 7 - British Supermoto Championships is to be held at Manby Motorplex.

This Bank Holiday event promises to be one to remember, not least for Jess who will be celebrating her 16th and Katie celebrating her 17th Birthday! Lets help them

celebrate.

Sunday and Monday will be very much down to points scoring business, as per normal, but Saturday will see a few opportunities to do something slightly different.

The Air Ambulance C90 challenge is gathering momentum, which will give us all some entertainment to look forward to;

Drag racing for all classes to be organised during the afternoon,

The gauntlet has been thrown down by the 4 x 4 boys’ for a Tug – of – War

Plus a short course sprint on Saturday evening over a few obstacles in the arena, outside the beer tent (MX bike, trials bike, 4x4 quad?), where there will be entertainment laid on. Mind you, that pole looked a bit big, over to you Streaky Joe!

No Auction on Saturday evening this time, but the £40.00 entry fee for Saturday's events, will ALL go direct into the AIR AMBULANCE fund for which Barbara donates a great deal of her time to, such a worthy cause.
The 40.00 entry fee includes any or ALL of the days activities.

For those who choose to spend an extra couple of days on site, there are plenty of interesting places to visit in and around Louth in the Lincolnshire Wolds. There are other activities to take an interest in on site too, the crazy “90° Challenge” of the serious 4 X 4’s make you hold your breath with such dare devil ways – they winch themselves up vertical obstacles, and through swamps during their very competitive discipline.

The Ray Mears lookalike Eco Warrior, who trains Special Forces in the SAS in preparation for overseas sorties, can be commissioned to capture your chosen target, take them hostage, and teach then survival techniques or subject them to whatever degree of torture you feel fit! Better stay on the right side of her in doors, lads, you never know what she is thinking!!

Lots of trade stands to visit, and entertainment in the arena throughout the week with outdoor catering to keep you adequately sustained. Mind you, a trip to one of the many excellent Fish and Chip restaurants’ in Louth is worth a visit. (Mablethorpe 7 miles anyone?)

Mettet, Belgium 2010

    The Regs are now out for Europe's premier Supermoto event in October where we are hoping for a strong representation from the UK. Much time has been spent talking about a "Team Norasport" and how we would select and fund such an idea, we would like to involve as many riders as possible.
    The final consensus is all riders entering the event under the "Team Norasport" banner will be eligible for a £10 entry discount for the September 25-26 Championship round at Blyton Park. Your entry will have be confirmed by this date to guarantee eligibility. You will also be eligible for complimentary drinks every time you are seen in the Mettet bar wearing your Norasport Shirt!
